Hi. I'm in search of the name and if possible an original or
high-quality reproduction of the cartouche that JS Bach adopted. Can
anybody enlighten me as to its name (if any), origin, and if possible
where I might be able to obtain a reproduction?

Many thanks

At the end of this article:

The second one shows the original with underlying initials, etc., and the
Bach goblet. It dates from 1722.

The manner inwhich the various symbols are interwoven makes for interesting
discussion.
